Work With Lara

Practical support. Straight conversations. Real experience.

My career has taken me through community services, welfare, government, disability, the NDIS, business and advocacy.

I’ve worked directly with people navigating complex circumstances, supported clients through systems and appointments, developed personalised support plans and spent years helping people find a way forward when the next step wasn’t always obvious.

Today, I bring that experience into the way I work with individuals, professionals and organisations.

  • Mentoring

Personal and professional mentoring for people navigating change, making decisions or simply needing an experienced sounding board.

This isn’t about having someone tell you how to live your life.

Sometimes it’s about having the right person ask the right question.

    Private Support & Advocacy

For times when you need someone firmly in your corner.

My background includes disability and NDIS support, client advocacy, personalised care planning and accompanying people through complex legal, housing, guardianship and administrative processes.

The support will always depend on the person and the situation.

  • Consultancy

Practical guidance for individuals, businesses and organisations drawing on years of experience across government, community services, management, disability support and business.

Sometimes a fresh perspective is what helps you see what needs to happen next.

Why work with Lara?

I bring professional experience, lived experience and a very practical approach to the table.

I believe in listening first, understanding the whole situation and working with the person in front of me rather than forcing everything into a standard formula.

There’s no need for a polished version of what’s going on.

Start with where you are.

Let’s talk.

The best way to know whether working together makes sense is to start with a conversation.

Complete the enquiry form and tell me a little about what you’re looking for. My team will review your information and, if we feel we’re a good fit for each other, we’ll be in touch about the next step.
